This grant is in memory of Gogita Tsetskhladze (1975-84), brother of the well-known classical archaeologist, Gocha Tsetskhladze, who died suddenly in 2022. It is for up to £2000 for proposed academic research by post-doctoral scholars living in Georgia and working in Georgia and the Greater Caucasus region, including Black Sea settlements, focussing on the archaeology and history of this region up to AD 700.
